an excellent product for an ever better price and wonderful service! I will definitely look to this provider for more software should I need it in the future

I am waiting to see if I'll get a refund... This software, which I bought for $ 200 approx, had an invalid serial number, and the seller was unable to provide me with a valid one. I have returned the software, and the seller has stated he will provide a refund.

I purchased CS3 extended, Full Version DVD (no mention of upgrade) from a seller on Amazon for $189.00. When I installed it and tried to register with Adobe, the serial number was not recognized on Adobe's web site. I called Adobe and they said that the serial number was not in their database and would not re-issue one even though the product was in a sealed box. E-mailed the seller who said he would look into it and that is the last I heard from him after multiple e-mails. No offer to refund my money and nothing for me to do but re-purchase CS3 elsewhere.
