this has got to be the most frustrating product ever... keeps throwing you extremely advanced tests after extremely basic lessons and will not allow you to progress in the lessons unless you pass them... ridiculous navigation ability... waste of time and motivation drain... makes you hate typing right on the first day... irritating product

I hate this program. It's not accurate and doesn't reflect the truth about your skills. I made four errors in one exercise and the programs said I made 19! Keep your money and find something else to help you. I removed it from my computer and found one on line that's much better and free!

if you buy this product, don't count on the maker (broderbund) for support. their website seems to be specifically designed to be a series of dead-ends, and their support hours (and response delays) reveal a company that's interested in selling once, but not getting return customers. no wonder they're not the giant they once were.
