    According to Adobe, owners of Production Premium (CS2) qualify for the upgrade. However, this upgrade only works with the CS3 version. Adobe will tell you to install it as a trial version and then describe how to activate it. This method is NOT reliable. Many of the programs will not work. Deleting this version and installing an academic version of the program (yes, I qualified) resolved ALL of the program issues. Note: run the "Adobe CS3 Clean Script" prior to installing the new version. Do NOT try to install this "upgrade" verion unless you have a CS3 serial number.
