If you're wondering, like I was, if this final version of good ol' PageMaker will install and run on Vista, you can rest assured that it does. Maybe, again like me, you don't care to shell out the high cost of it's replacement, Adobe InDesign CS4, because you don't need all of its newer high-tech, high-end features and functions. I installed my "new" PM7 today. (Seems like I'm always a few years behind the times. Too many other things to keep up with first.) And I've been happily copying my old PM6 files from my old computer to my newer one running on Vista. PM7 opens a PM6 file, tells me to select a new printer for the document, and requires me to name the new untitled PM7 file that it has created from my old one. That's it! What a relief! Great old program for non-professional users. I use it for so many things, including dozens of forms I've created to organize, simplify and manage my work and my personal projects, each one customized to very specific and unique purposes. Couldn't function without it!
